I am set up to use Zoom for video sessions. Zoom or regular phone for audio only sessions. If you prefer a different video meeting platform feel free to let me know which one you would like to use.

When scheduling online the system requires a credit card on file. Phone and video sessions scheduled online must use this as payment at the end of the session. In-office sessions can bring a different form of payment or use a different credit card.

Include name and phone number or relevant contact information. After payment is received I will call you to schedule your session. Feel free to call me if you have any questions.
A credit card is still required to schedule online however for in office visits you can make a cash payment and your card won't be charged.
I respect your right to privacy. All sessions and personal information are completely confidential.

*Due to the volatility and uncertainty of cryptocurrencies accepting cryptos for payment is something new that I'm trying. Consider this a beta test. :)
